Celebrating Aruba Airlines’ Direct Flight: Curaçao – Miami

WILLEMSTAD- November 29, 2019 – Another great day for the island of Curaçao! Aruba Airlines has started offering direct flights between Curaçao and Miami. These new Aruba Airlines flights makes it possible for more North American visitors to fly down from Miami and get to know this wonderful island. Of course, they are also ideal for locals who need to travel for leisure or business. The new flight was given an enthusiastic reception in a pleasant atmosphere at the Curaçao International Airport. Speakers included the Minister of Economic DevelopmentMs. Giselle Mc William, the Minister of Traffic, Transportation and Urban Planning Ms. Zita Jesus-Leito, Aruba Airlines Accountable Manager Mr. Francisco Arendsz, Director of Air Service Development and Tourism for Curaçao Airport Partners Ms. Peggy Croes and Curaçao Hospitality & Tourism Association CEO Mr. Miles Mercera.

Aruba Airlines will be flying on Sundays, Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, departing from Curaçao at 8:45 a.m. and arriving in Miami at 11:45 a.m. The return flights depart from Miami at 1:15 p.m. and arrive in Curaçao at 4:15 p.m. The flights will be operated with an Airbus-320 with 180-seat capacity. Our country has a lot to offer—beautiful beaches, a rich culture, history, architecture, a wide variety of tourist attractions, entertainment and, most of all, our friendly people. This new service by Aruba Airlines makes it possible for more tourists to come and feel for themselves the unique product Curaçao has to offer.
