CTB’s Hospitality & Tourism Audit Program
One of the responsibilities of the Curaçao Tourist Board is to guarantee the quality of the products and services offered by our Tourism Industry. CTB strives to accomplish this mission among others by stimulating industry stakeholders to meet quality standards.
In this context, CTB has approached Curaçao Innovation & Technology Institute (CITI) to execute the “Audit Program for the Hospitality and Tourism Industry”.
The quality program developed is designed with a focus on service and based on what customers (in particular tourists) generally find important.
The objective of this audit program is to ensure and promote the quality, sustainability, and success of our local Tourism Industry, to better satisfy customers’ needs and to offer them better customer experiences.
