A Milestone in Showcasing Island Innovation on the Global Stage
WILLEMSTAD – October 17, 2025 – Curaçao Tourist Board (CTB), in collaboration with CINEX and the Ministry of Economic Development, proudly celebrates the successful debut of the Curaçao Pavilion at Bar Convent Berlin (BCB) 2025 — one of the world’s largest and most influential trade fairs for the bar and beverage industry. From October 6–8, thousands of professionals from nearly 90 countries gathered at Messe Berlin to explore new trends and innovations. Curaçao made an inspiring first impression, standing out as a destination that fuses creativity, artistry, and Caribbean flair.
Four Curaçao-based brands — AnnaBay Club, Senior & Co (Curaçao Liqueur), San Pablo, and SODKA Caribbean Hard Seltzer — captivated visitors with their bold flavors and unique stories rooted in Curaçao’s heritage. The pavilion, offered an immersive experience highlighting both the island’s beverage artistry and its vibrant cultural identity.
Throughout the three-day event, Curaçao’s pavilion became a hub for networking, tastings, and business discussions. Participating brands engaged with distributors, mixologists, and buyers from across Europe and beyond — paving the way for future export opportunities and international collaborations. “The success of Curaçao’s first presence at BCB proves that our island’s creativity and innovation can compete on any stage,” said Muryad de Bruin, Managing Director of the Curaçao Tourist Board. “We’re proud to see our local brands share their stories with the world and strengthen Curaçao’s image as more than just a captivating destination — it’s a source of authentic Caribbean excellence.”
